These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Ingot ("we", "us") covering your use of any of our apps — a game or other software, on any platform ("the App"). By installing, launching or using the App you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the App.
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed, not sold; we keep every right not expressly granted here.
The App is free of charge and contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. It is funded by advertising: interstitial ads appear between rounds, and rewarded video ads may be watched voluntarily in exchange for continuing a game.
Advertising content comes from third-party networks, not from us. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. Complaints about advertised goods or services should go to that advertiser.
Future versions may change ad formats and their frequency, or introduce paid features. Continuing to use an updated version means accepting the terms in force at that time.
The App — its source code, graphics, sound and design — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright law. In-game coins are not money or any other item of value: they cannot be bought for real money, withdrawn, exchanged or transferred to another player.
How data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will run uninterrupted or error-free, that it will suit every device, or that defects will be fixed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. As the App is supplied free of charge, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App, wholly or partly, at any time and without notice. You may end this agreement whenever you like by uninstalling the App. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms.
We may amend these Terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the effective date at the top. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, disregarding its conflict-of-law rules. Consumers resident elsewhere keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
